キャリアとは / what is career

キャリアとは、

やりたいことと出来ることの差を埋めていく作業のこと、なのではないだろうか。

やりたいこと（Want）があって、今出来ること（Can）があって、

その差を埋めていくにはどうすればいいかを考え実行する（have to）

実行した道筋がその人のキャリアとなるのだとおもう。

会社の上司や世の中に憧れる人がいるのなら、その人のような働きをするにはどうすればいいかと考え、行動し、時には転職することが望ましいのかと思う。

I concider that career is close the gap between what I want to do and What I can do.

There are "what I want to do", "There are what I can do", and execute and think about how to fill the gap.

I think the path taken will be person's career.

If you have ideal business person in own company or world, it is better that you have to think how to close to the person and conduct action or change career.
